This retreat is an invitation to rest back, breathe and ground yourself in the call that inspired you to create your business.
The momentum of this call is a mighty river of creativity, but it’s easy to lose track of it, underneath the endless tasks and to-do lists.
Especially right now… you’re not alone if you’re feeling lost, confused and overwhelmed by the changes that are coming thick and fast; the introduction of AI, political chaos, the online noise.
When I say rewild I’m speaking to a homecoming.
A re-rooting into your own wise knowing about your business, what you’re here to do, and what your people need to hear from you.
I invite you to join me and a circle of like-minded teachers, healers, coaches and creatives for a month of remembering the soul of your work.
Through creative writing, ritual in nature, community care and somatic practices you’ll be guided to untangle fears, unearth your authentic voice and invite nature’s infinite intelligence to stream through you - to create resonant marketing that you can’t wait to share with your community.

Hi, I’m Sophie,
I'm a business coach and strategist with two decades experience running and guiding ethical businesses. I’m fascinated by how we can stream the intelligence of nature into our soul work, to create real results, in sustainable ways.
As a Yoga teacher in my twenties, I learned (the hard way) that creativity is cyclical. After burning out, I started to track my menstrual cycle, and discovered what indigenous cultures have known for eons - that we can create in ways that honour our natural ebb and flow, rather than pushing and overriding.
When I became an independent filmmaker, I began to weave lunar cycle tracking and seasonal living into my creative process, which helped me move from a paralysing fear of visibility to reclaiming my voice so I could confidently promote our films (an ongoing journey for me).
Then, as the Communications Director at the reforestation charity TreeSisters, where we practiced cyclical living as a team, I discovered the power of marketing from vision and our sacred ‘why’, which was core to the success of our campaign to plant a million trees.
For the past eight years, I’ve had the honour of sitting with hundreds of women and folks exploring how these nature-inspired approaches can help them to move from imposter syndrome, overwhelm and playing small, to creating and growing ethical, sustainable, successful businesses.
Along the way, life has initiated me through chronic illness, infertility, motherhood, and most recently, the wild rollercoaster of perimenopause. Each challenge has invited me into a new embodied understanding of nature as an ally for healing, and a teacher of creative courage.

Giving back
I will tithe 10% of the profits from this course to a phenomenal organisation called the City of Joy, a transformational leadership community for women survivors of violence in Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
This region is plagued by an ongoing war for the areas of vast mineral resources, many of which are used in our mobile phones and computers - we are inextricably connected to this war. Sexual violence is rife and advocates on the ground estimate that over half a million women and girls have been raped since the conflict began in 1996.
City of Joy was conceived in response to this crisis.
Owned and has run by Congolese staff, since opening its doors in 2011, 2322 women have graduated from the City of Joy, healed themselves, been nurtured, learned new skills, empowered themselves and released massive trauma and horrific memories.
